Privacy policy
Last updated 22 August 2026. This covers the website at ignitiv.io. Data handling inside a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, not by this page.
Who we are
IgnitivIO is an AI engineering firm operating from Texas, United States, serving clients nationwide. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].
What we collect
Information you type into a form. The contact form and the AI Visibility Audit form collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the remaining fields — company, website, current stack, what you have already tried, budget band, timeline, and your description of the problem. Everything except name, email, and the message body is optional.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views, referrers, approximate location, device and browser type, and which calls-to-action get clicked. This is aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use it to build advertising profiles and we run no advertising pixels on this site.
Chat widget. If you open the chat widget, the conversation is processed by our CRM provider and stored with the rest of your contact record.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this site is not directed at them.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visit from another. The consent banner stores your choice locally so we do not ask again. The chat widget sets its own cookies once opened. Declining on the banner is honoured; you can also block cookies in your browser, and the site will still work.
Third parties that receive data
Being specific here matters more than a general assurance, so: form submissions are transmitted to GoHighLevel, which hosts our CRM and the chat widget. Analytics data goes to Google. The site is hosted and served by Cloudflare. Fonts and a small number of JavaScript libraries are loaded from Fontshare, Google Fonts, and cdnjs, which means those providers see your IP address when a page loads.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How inbound messages are handled
We build agent systems, and we use them on our own mail. An automated system may read your message to draft a reply and route it to the right place. A person reviews and approves every reply before it is sent — nothing goes out unread. Your message is not used to train any public AI model.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the CRM while there is an active or plausible business relationship, and are deleted on request at any time. Analytics data follows Google Analytics 4's retention settings. Server logs are short-lived and controlled by our hosting provider.
Your choices
Email [email protected] and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will action it and confirm in writing. You do not need to cite a statute to make the request, and we do not require an account to honour it. Texas residents, California residents, and anyone covered by the GDPR have specific statutory rights in addition to this — the same email address is the way to exercise them.
We send no marketing sequences from this site. Requesting an audit gets you one report; sending the contact form gets you a reply. If we ever add a mailing list it will be opt-in and separately unsubscribable.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. No transmission is perfectly secure, so use judgement about what you put in a web form — for anything sensitive, say so in the message and we will arrange a better channel before you send it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of prior versions; if you need to know what an earlier version said, ask.
